Dakota Ridge Dental (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers a text messaging (SMS) program to patients and prospective patients who provide a mobile number and agree to receive messages from us. Messages may include:

• Treatment follow-up and recall reminders
• Billing and account notices
• Review and feedback requests
• Practice announcements and, for those who opt in separately, promotional offers or special announcements

2. Consent

By providing your mobile number through our website forms, by phone, or in person at either office, and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Dakota Ridge Dental at the number provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving any dental services. For promotional messages specifically, we collect separate written consent (for example, an unchecked opt-in checkbox) before adding anyone to that list.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, treatment plan, and any communications you request. You may receive multiple messages per month.

5. Opt-Out

Text STOP to the number you received messages from at any time to cancel. You’ll receive one confirmation message, then no further texts unless you opt back in. To resume messaging, contact our office directly or resubmit your information through our standard intake process.
